Dr. Klem is amazing, fantastic, I love her. I have been to so many dermatologists. This doctor was pleasant, professional, courteous. I asked her when she’s going to start the procedure because I’m not crazy about pain, then she showed me what they were sending to pathology, already in the container, the plasters on my back, and said she was done and ‘went deep’. I was waiting for her to start and she was already ! GREAT doctor if you want ZERO pain, and to remedy your derma problem immediately!!! THUMBS UP.

This was my very first visit to a Dermatologist and it was ok. I must warn that scheduling was a task at first but we ended up working it out. On this particular visit I had a facial & I did not know what to expect… it was refreshing yet a little rough. I was very happy with the look of my skin after. I then had my visit with Dr. Klem, she was nice and made me feel comfortable although it was rushed. The plus is that there are offices everywhere and they have a website that is helpful and informative. I will certainly go back for another visit in the future…
