Addison Pointe At Boca Raton Condominium

Nice community with friendly neighbors. While many people do have dogs, but I do not find it to be a «dog friendly» community. There are several waste bins for picking up after your dog, but management never puts bags in the bag holders. There is no fenced in area for your dog to exercise. The community surrounds a pond, which at night is home to hundreds of buffo toads (toxic to dogs). Construction is very slow and has been ongoing for over a year (fixing the stairways). The volleyball court has garbage piled in the sand, so it is not usable. On the positive side, there is a full tennis court and children’s play set available. The pool is nice and the sun deck is too. The gym is two small rooms, but for some reason is not 24 hours. Since this is a condo association (you can do private rentals through the condo owner), do not expect monthly events (or any events for that matter) like you would in a rental community. Overall, the community could use some work, but the neighbors are great.
