Ace Chem Dry Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I have used Ace Chem dry for over ten years in my luxury property management company. Joann the owner is always very helpful. Her staff is always polite and on time, they call when they are on their way. They do a great job on carpets and upholstery some stains do not come out, I have found this to be rare. On the rare occasion a stain does not come out on the first try they will come out again and do it gratis. I like their cleaning g system because they do not use harsh chemicals and the carpets always dry in a few hours after they are done. Tip turn AC down low and turn on ceiling fan if you have them to speed up drying process.
I learned when I first moved to Florida not to use a steam or wet carpet service as this gets the carpets too wet and then you could get mildew… this happened in my first home. I ended up pulling all the carpet out and the padding was still damp two days after carpets where steam wet cleaned by another national co. Live and learn.
A friend then introduced me to Ace Chem Dry and my problems were solved! I highly recommend their services.

Ace chem dry came over to do a sectional. While I was here I asked him to do the carpet.
1. I can see the lines on the sofa where he cleaned and where he missed.
2. They say it dries in 2 hours, it did not dry out until the next day.
3. The carpet that they cleaned looks worse. Dirt on the stairs and landing looks like it spread.
4. Have called them 3 times, no return phone call.
I would not recommend this company
