Established in 1993.

Stowers Computer Services has served the needs of home users and businesses, both large and small, for over two decades. Davena Stowers began building and repairing computer systems for friends and family, out of her basement. After receiving so many requests for computer repair that she decided to open Stowers Computer Services full-​time with the vision of protecting and supporting East Liverpool and surrounding areas computer users.

Davena Stowers first got her love of computers when she logged onto 980 Main BBS (Bulletin Board System) which pre-​dates the internet. With in 3 months she was running one of the largest Systems in East Liverpool; 4 months later one of the largest in Columbiana County.

For Several years Davena was a technician with 21^st Century Computers Systems. This was a great learning experience because the only way to get an industrial computer system was, to build your own.
