I have taken my two golden retrievers here twice before Kim did the work she was wonderful. I took the puppy there today some new girl did him and butchered him, cut him under his armpits so bad it knicked his skin and he’s now super senstive, just shaved him too lazy to just brush him. gave me excuse he was matted! I just brushed him 2 days ago not a single matting or knot he just has a ton of hair. now he won’t even let me touch him and I hope his hair grows back nice if she ruined his coat I’m going to be sick. he was a beautiful blonde long hair silky now coarse and ugly! all she had to say is don’t know what to tell ya!! And when I questioned her about his armpits she gave me some excuse sorry I forgot to tell you, it was knotting to his skin. She is full of crap. I really don’t know what to tell you. I do your never getting my business again! Or hey pick up the phone and call the pet owner and ask them to come down to see it and let them decide what to do. GET A FLIPPINCLUE! And when I called to cancel the other dogs appt for tomorrow they are like ok no problem. TELL me she just DIDN“T want to DEAL with all of his HAIR!!!
