History

Established in 1981.

Dr. Eric Hagberg founded Hearing Innovations in 1981 with several other audiologists. Over the years, as other audiologists retired or went on to other areas of interests, Dr. Hagberg worked solely in the practice until Dr. Audra Branham joined him in 2010. Dr. Branham has since taken over the practice from Dr. Hagberg and is pleased to continue the longstanding tradition of caring, professional hearing care for all residents of the Mahoning Valley.

As it stands today, written on the walls of our waiting rooms, our mission continues that as the Mahoning Valley’s preeminent audiology practice, we strive to exceed patient expectations through compassionate hearing care, exceptional knowledge and an unwavering commitment to high ethical standards.

Business Owner

Dr. Branham joined Hearing Innovations in 2010. She received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the Northeast Ohio Audiology Consortium. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Branham received specialized audiology training at the Cleveland Clinic, Akron Children’s Hospital, Cleveland Hearing and Balance Center and the Perry Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic. Dr. Branham has a special interest in the use of digital technology to treat difficult-​to-​fit hearing losses.

Dr. Branham is a preceptor for students of the Northeast Ohio Audiology Consortium, the Doctor of Audiology program of Kent State, University of Akron, and the Cleveland Clinic. She brings the latest innovations in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing and dizziness disorders for adult and pediatric patients.

In 2014, Dr. Branham took ownership of Hearing Innovations and looks forward to continuing the wonderful relationships she has built in Youngstown.
