Just Be Centre for Enlightenment

Went here after being referred by a friend of a friend. I had visited her once, out of context, and was quite surprised by the approach she took as far as ways of meditation and relaxation via «your spiritual self». I’m not normally in to these kinds of things, but M’s creative apporach really helped more so I think than traditional methods (yoga, etc). She works with various kinds of groups such as golfers and makes personal appointments to evaluate your stressors, lifestyle and then personalizes ways for you to work through issues, or just plain better yourself.
She can be difficult to reach at times, and the office is a little difficult to find, but other than that I would recommend this place to peoplew who are looking for a new method of self-​evaluation/​enlightenment/​spiritual awakening.
There aren’t many places like this around town, so I consider it a gem… whether or not you’re in to that kind of thing. It’s worth it to at least try once!
