I went in for lunch and had the best hamburger! The onion rings were awesome and the homemade cole slaw was off the chain. The service was friendly and fast. I would definitely eat there again! Three words for you YUMMYYUMMYYUMMY!

Its not a NY deli… but it’s about as close as you will get in South Carolina. The chicken soup is authentic… the matzoh ball is way to dense and heavy… stick with the chicken soup. The Chili is good. Breakfast is good overall… but the bacon is so so. A star here… the chicken wings… crispy and tasty. The only big complaint… the outside is pretty dirty… table with cigarette butts overflowing… and the inside needs a good going over.

Food was ok, nothing special for breakfast. Service was incredibly slow. We waited upwards of 40 minutes for two omelettes and our coffee mugs were constantly empty.

Stopped tonight for dinner with XYLand friends. Have heard good things about Gruby’s and was unable to get to eat here my last visit. The restaurant was not too busy tonight(though several other local establishemnts had people waiting outside for seating). We were seated promptly, and our waiter, Tyler looked after all of our needs. Our dinner guest, suggested that I order their wedge salad with steak. The XYL ordered Gruby’s Chicken Pot Pie also on his suggestion. The Pot Pie came in a 5 inch Corning dish. It was loaded with chicken, veggies and sauce, in a crispy pie crust. It was so hot from the oven, she had to wait to eat it. It was an excellent dinner suggestion. My wedge salad, came with about 1⁄3 of a head of lettuce, and a bleu cheese dressing with large chunks, small diced tomatoes and just a hint of chopped onion. My steak, was cooked to order. While a wedge salad is not that fancy a dish, I could rave about the bleu cheese dressing. It was tangy and loaded with large chunks of cheese. Excellent. Gruby’s offers a 20% Military/Veterans discount. Very please with our experience at Gruby’s tonight. Recommended. @Removeyourhat

Best Breakfast in Bluffton! We stopped by on our way out of town for a quick breakfast and we were extremely surprised. The food was amazing, we were savoring each bite. I got the Greek omelet with fresh sautéed tomatoes, spinach, and feta cheese with a side of grits and a beagle a little NYC style southern. My sister got«The Big Banbino» two eggs, bacon, homefries, and two mouth watering pancakes. It was the best breakfast we had had in a long time!

Me and my boyfriend eat at Gruby’s all the time, especially for Sunday brunch and haven’t had a bad meal or bad experience. Everyone is so nice and treats you like family when you walk in the door. I highly recommend the classic Reuben, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s pretty good — nothing special. They have good matzaball soup and the sandwiches are also pretty good too. It’s just nothing to WOW over but if you want deli food it will do.

We went here as a group of 9 for Sunday brunch. First off, any brunch that comes with bottomless mimosas, champagne or bloody mary’s is good in my book. You don’t even need to ask for refills, they just appear. Wonderful. Food was pretty good. Typical items like omelettes, eggs benedict, french toast, pancakes, etc. Portion size is good, plenty to fill you up without half of it left over. The wait staff was very nice, but did screw up a few times with the sides people ordered. Still a decent place though. Make a reservation if you have a large party though.
