We offer secure, professional solutions for our clients’ home and business computers and networks. We specialize in establishing, cleaning up, and securing computers. In addition to being PC experts we are Blue Springs only Apple Authorized Service Providers and perform Warranty and non-​Warranty work on all Macintosh computers.

History

Established in 2004.

In 2004, while we were both working in the field, Ryan and I constantly heard complaints from people about the way their IT companies treated them. It was very typical to hear complaints such as:

–The guy never calls me back.

–He talks another language and I have no idea what he’s talking about.

–He usually leaves other stuff broken after he’s done «fixing» what we called for in the first place.

After comparing notes we decided that there was a real need for easy to reach, competent, plain speaking IT professionals and Pro Computer Solutions was born. We are the answer to: «Why can’t the darn thing just work?» Over the years we’ve kept up with technology, added clients in many industries, and grown out of our cramped 12 X 12 office into a huge showroom on I-​70 in Blue Springs, but we’ve always stuck to our promise of being on-​time, over-​prepared, and ready to do whatever it takes to make our clients happy they partnered with us.
