Ok it only got one star because zero wasn’t a choice. I made an appointment online for a tire repair when I arrive at my appointment time mind you, I’m told oh it’s going to be at least 45 minutes before we can even pull you in the bay. Really? What good was making an appointment then? They didn’t even care. Will not ever try to use their service again.

Ok so first off we bring our car here a lot! We first came in the winter of 2014 to get tires on our Toyota. We told them Costco had a rebate for $ 75 and they gave us the same price as Costco plus took $ 75 off so we could also send in the rebate. They were very nice. We bought a Jetta for our work vehicle in March and have brought it in 5 or 6 times since March. We drive all over so we need oil changes more due to high mileage. We’ve only had an issue once and they apologized and made it right. We’ve also bought tired for the Jetta. They’ve always worked with us and have been very welcoming. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

I got suckered into using because my car dealer offered me a great deal through NTB for brand new tires when I bought my Honda Fit. I made an appointment, they were speedy and called me back in less than three hours, ready for me to pick up my car. I get there right before they close, drive home and the next day, my dad asked me when I was going to get new tires. Long story short, they had put old tires on my car. Went back, they argued with me for a bit, thinking I was trying to pull a fast one (seriously? I don’t even know where to begin if I were to change a tire) and upon further investigation, found out that one of their «mechanics» switched my car with another Honda Fit and put their tires on my car. There was no compensation, which is fine, but the thing that irritated me the most was there was no apology for what they did. No apology for the assumptions or inconveniences. Or even empathizing that the tires they had put on my car were about to fall apart.
Fast forward 5k miles. Going to get my tires rotated and balanced. They find no record of my car. It’s a good thing I kept all of my paperwork and receipts!
My most recent experience: called NTB on a Monday to schedule another rotation and balance. Scheduled it for Thursday afternoon. Arrived on Thursday… no record of it being written down. Sigh. Every 5k miles, I regret getting the lifetime balancing/​rotation combo. Customer service is lacking in the biggest way possible and the follow-​through comes short every single time. But at least those two things are consistent.
