Kool Nites Limousine Party Bus & Trolley

This company is terrible. After not returning my phone calls for the entire week of the wedding, they finally responded the night before and cancelled on us.

I just want to thank Kool Nites For the great time we had at the Kenny Chesney Concert. It was pouring down rain that day and we where still able to enjoy it. We cranked up the radio and jammed out and danced away on the Yellow Sub bus. Our driver was very cool. Looking forward to booking it again for the upcoming Pink concert!

An unbelievably poor experience that ended with our bus crashing.
I rented a 24 person limo bus for my bachelor party and within 20 minutes of being picked up the bus had died 4 times on the road. Basically every time it stopped at a light, it died. Also, on a 90 degree day the «AC» was blowing warm air.
Between these two things I was forced to tell the driver to skip a stop at the airport to pick up friends and instead go straight to our destination (I had little faith it could make it all the way to the airport). On the way to our destination, the brakes went out and the driver had to veer off the road… until the bus ended up running directly into a brick wall at the entrance to a subdivision. We had crashed.
Police and firemen showed up and after about 30 minutes we were allowed to retrieve our bags from the bus. We then walked the last several blocks to our destination (our luggage in hand). The company later sent a second bus to pick us up but it was smaller and of a much lower quality.
I waited a few days, expecting the owner to call with an apology but he never did. Finally I reached out to him… be barely took any responsibility for what happened, and scoffed at the idea of refunding anything more than 20% of what I’d paid. It turns out this wasn’t even enough to pay for the cab fare that my friends had to incur because we couldn’t pick them up from the airport.
You’re literally risking your life by using this company.

Not only did these people not show up to transport guests for our wedding… but then they had the audacity to call my husband throughout our reception… then, CHARGED US $ 750. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Worst.Company.Ever.
I was booking a party bus for a birthday party and was given one price, but when I called the following day to book I was told the price was double due to a «prom rate», even though we were not going to prom.
After disputing the price with the ignorant hag for 20 minutes she informed me that she had refunded my deposit and I should look elsewhere, which is exacly what I did!
This is an absolutely unreliable and unprofessional company, run by a couple of red necks in Podunk, Missouri.
