Specialties
One man shop specializing in computer service and repair. Virus and computer cleanup is a specialty. In business for 14 years in the same spot.
Includes repairing laptop power connections, LCD replacements, and cleaning up after spilling stuff into the keyboard (don’t wait to bring spills in – they get worse quickly).
Windows, Macs, Linux.
Computer updating, data transfer, and help purchasing a new computer. I don’t sell em’ I just help you buy the one you need without paying too much. Usually folks have me transfer the data and setup their new computers after I help them pick one.
Install Office, Quickbooks and other software.
Computer shop rate $ 35/hr for drop-off work at the shop. $ 45/hr for walk-in service (while U wait). Home service available for setup issues or other problems that can be addressed away from the shop (not startup failures or virus infections) $ 65 for the 1st hour in home, $ 45 for each hour after that. May be a travel charge as well depending on distance.
History
Established in 2001.
Started as a one man operation in an old boot shop. Since then I’ve bought the building, and expanded my capability somewhat, with a dedicated area for repairs and electrical soldering.
Computer HandyMan still follows the original motto «Computer Service for the Rest of Us»
We try to keep it as simple as possible, and provide old-fashioned service for these newfangled devices.

Been using computers all my life, and helping other people use them as well. Might as well get paid for it!
