Established in 1999.
Meyer Eyecare was established in 1999 by Dr. Jill Ingelse. She has been located in Blue Island for over 15 years. The practice is located in the historic Opera House.

Business Owner
Jill Ingelse, OD graduated in 1998 from the Illinois College of Optometry and completed a 1 year residency in Pediatrics. She received the Clinician of the Year for her graduating class. She purchased the practice in 1999 and has been loving it ever since. She taught as an assistant clinical professor at ICO (Illinois College of Optometry) for several years before having her two children (Justin and Olivia) with husband Cory Ingelse. She has always been a clinician at heart and loves helping people see better through her talents as an eye doctor.
