ABC Climate Controls

If I could give this company no stars I would. My furnace wasn’t working properly so they came out to repair it and said nothing was wrong and charged me $ 55. 2 hours after they left it stopped working again. They came back out and said they wouldn’t look at it unless I gave them another $ 55 which I reluctantly did. They claimed to find the problem repaired it for an additional $ 600 and the next day I had the same problem. Guess what they didn’t warranty parts that they just installed and said I’d have to take it up with the manufacturer. What kind of company doesn’t stand behind there work. The manager Henry needs to learn how to talk to customers and was very rude. I’m still trying to resolve this issue. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Never choose to do business with this company, they are not knowledgeable and they don’t warrant the parts they install. Stay away!!!

It’s always unexpected when things fail but received a call from my parents that their water heater broke and they needed to find someone to replace it. I called Henry from ABC Climate Control to see if they were able to go to NW Indiana to help. Since the company was in Illinois I wasn’t sure. Well glad to say that he was able to rush a crew out there to take care of the matter and at a great price. Henry’s dedication to customer service is great! My parents are retired and ABC did a great job and their customer service is 5 star!

ABC is a company that wants to steal your money with a smile. Their prices are blown out if proportions. The technician gave me a quote of $ 1100 to repair 2 items, blower motor and mother board. A complete unit will cost $ 800. I am under insurance warranty and he wanted me to add $ 500 on to of the $ 600 that they will pay him. I ended up taking another company who did the work for $ 520. Don’t get near them and go to someone else. Bad service, late, overpriced, nasty!!!
The technician came at 4 pm instead of 11am. Read the reviews, it’s true, the same pattern, be ware!!!

Chicago summers can get pretty brutal! My central AC Unit went out and I had a heating and ac company come look at my Ac unit. They guy said I need a whole new unit! So I told him have a nice day and called a few more company’s! Thank god I finally ran into an honest business. I spoke with Henry the office manager and within hours they had a specialist come to my house and take a look at my air condition. They said Abe you need a new contacter and their price was very reasonable. After checking everything out .a few hours later my AC was blowing out cold air like new! Thank you so much for everything guys I will be recommending you to anyone I know !
