History

Established in 2003.

Francis J. Clark, MD began Ophthalmology Physicians & Surgeons in 2003 in Hatboro, Pa. Dr. Clark has been a practicing surgeon since 1983. He has grown the practice to include 10 offices throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties.

OPS is a full service eye care facility offering Ophthalmologists, Optometrist and 2 opticals.

Dr. Clark is a board certified ophthalmologist. He attended St. Joseph’s University on a Presidential Scholarship and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While a student at Jefferson Medical College, he received high honors in ophthalmology from Wills Eye Hospital. He completed his ophthalmology training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

In addition to general ophthalmology, cataract and oculoplastic surgeries, Dr. Clark has a special interest in LASIK refractive surgery. He is on the Medical Advisory Board of Wills Eye Surgery Center of Bucks. Dr. Clark has been active in refractive surgery since the early 1990s. Dr. Clark has experienced the changes in refractive surgery and routinely performs cataract and LASIK surgery with the skills that long-​term experience generates.
