Butch was absolutely amazing. I brought my car here from the city and it was worth every second. Easy, accommodating and my car looks brand new.

Excellent service and even better work. We needed repair work done to our brand new car as a result of an, «oops» moment. We were hesitant to go to an auto body repair shop vs. our car dealer, but we took a chance and we were very impressed. We worked with Lee and for a better price, we ended up a damaged bumper that looked flawless. He has an excellent, service oriented attitude and turned the car around in a day. I hope I don’t need additional body work any time soon, but if I do, I was definitely be returning to Center Square Motors.

I’ve never written a review before, but with the fantasic service that Butch and his team at Center Square Motors provided, I felt that I had to. I took in my VW Passat to fix some damage that resulted during a snowstorm and Butch went above and beyond to make my car appear brand new. I left my car there for over a week while I was away on vacation and it looks better than when I dropped it off. Butch fixed even the smallest details on my car. I am so happy that I went here and would recommend to anyone else looking for bodywork in the future.

I just picked my car up from Center Square Motors and IT. LOOKS. BEAUTIFUL. My 2011 car looks like a brand new car again. Not only did they do a perfect job on the repairs, they cleaned the interior of my car, too. Center Square Motors really went above and beyond in being helpful to me getting my claim processed smoothly, and getting my car back in ship shape quickly. Thank you, Center Square Motors!

Came across 2 of the employees of this company, in their uniforms, on lunch. They didn’t like my driving. Ended up threatening and screaming at me. I visited the business to discuss with the owner who was SOMEWHAT apologetic after I told him I had dash cam footage. Then the manager, Scott comes out and gets in my face in a very threatening manner, tells me he isn’t going to do anything about their behavior because they were off the property and that he was going to call the cops to have me removed. I explained to him that I could leave voluntarily and he again threatened to have the police come. I again asked if he would like me to leave and he pointed at the door and while gritting his teeth said «GO!»
The owner should realize, had his manager not come out and been confrontational, it could have gone differently. But this left a taste in my mouth for this place that says we don’t need businesses that employe this type of individual in our neighborhood. This place is obviously full of hot-​headed, unprofessional folks. I can’t imagine how they’d act with a complaining customer.
Classy place. I hope their craftsmanship is better than their behavior or heaven help anyone whose car they touch.

I can’t say it’s ever a good experience when you have to get your car repaired. However Center Square Motors did a great job and I figured I’d give them a nice review. Mainly because of their customer service. A tree fell on my car in West Chester but I live in Norristown. Ron drove his tow truck all the way to West Chester, picked up my car, and brought it back to his shop in Blue Bell. Lucky for me the car was covered by insurance. But despite high volume business during a stormy winter, they took care of me and did a great job.

We’ve used Center Square Motors for body work and repairs in the past and they have done an adequate job. I took my MINI Clubman there mid-​summer to repair a dented roof. Next thing I know the repair was taking longer than estimated because the air-​bag malfunction light was on which they subsequently had to get their BMW/​Mini expert in to investigate. Eventually I had to take the car back to the dealer TWICE because the wrong screw was used to secure the visor piercing the wiring harness and also 2 connectors were broken during the repair. I was without the car for 3 weeks and had the additional inconvenience of taking the car to and from the dealer. This is the last time I will use Center Square Motors.

When I first moved to this area a few months back, I took my car at the time into this location because they were a repair shop associated with my auto insurance company. A really great guy by the name of Butch helped me through my ordeal and got me on my way. This company is extremely honest and caring. I recommend them to anyone!

Having a father who is a mechanic leaves me very skeptical about auto repair. I’m not used to paying such high prices for repair. But a recent but expensive visit to Center Square has left me feeling good about this place. They seem honest to me. What proved it to me was their looking at a brake job (done at another garage) and assessing the job as done poorly and rushed. They fixed the problems from the previous garage and did other repairs for inspection for LESS than the quoted price. I think they have won me over.
