Established in 2014.

The company’s founder, Ithea Donkor has dedicated over 20 years to professionally caring for senior/​elder adults. She came to understand early in her career of senior adult care, that the one thing that many of the seniors desired from those who provided their care was the compassion in which to do so. With that concept in mind, Ithea chose to launch Itheas Care with Compassion L.L.C., a non-​medical in home personal care service for senior/​elder adults. She recognizes that care can only be deemed quality when it is accompanied with compassion.

As a young girl Ithea often times would gravitate to the elders in her church and those whom lived within her community. She found herself fascinated with the smiles and abundance of information that she learned from the elders. Ithea states that she owes her passion to helping seniors to her friend who reminded her how she was as a young girl. Ithea has dedicated over 20 years to professionally caring for senior/​elder adults.
