History

Established in 1996.

Vincent Properties has expanded from simply a real estate company housing one or two agents to a real estate, development and construction company with many employees and partners throughout Ashe, Avery, and Watauga Counties. Vincent Properties is a family owned company that focuses on maintaining relationships with the local community while providing services

to people from all places and backgrounds.

The many agents at Vincent Properties Inc. frequently work together on

real estate transactions. We have weekly sales meetings wherein we update one another on properties and go to each new listing so every agent will know the property and be prepared to share them with buyers! Our partnership with VPC Builders, run by Licensed Unlimited Contractor Matt Vincent, allows us to offer our clients in house advise for their construction needs.
