Sunny Rock Eggs and Things

Wow this place is amazing! I traveled to Blowing Rock from Charlotte to teach an essential oils class and all the ladies raved about this place so I had to check it out. The building is very clean and the staff is super friendly… I seriously expected someone in there to hug me they were all so happy (or hopped up on their delicious coffee).
M.C. was our server and she was very attentive and patient while I made the really tough decision of selecting only one item. It all looked so good. I finally selected the English Muffin Man sandwich with sausage, spinach, and cheese but swapped the muffin out for a biscuit since she said they were so good. I was skeptical since I’ve only tried a few biscuits and I’m really not a fan of them but she was so right! It was so moist and the entire sandwich melted in my mouth. The spinach was very fresh and everything went together perfectly. They had fresh local cream for the coffee which blew my mind. It was so good I drank way too much coffee. I cannot wait to go back!

This is a great little place. We stopped for breakfast. My husband had the crosby, stilles and hash and thought it was great. I had the Elvis French toast and it wss amazing. You need to try this place!
