After my last experience with a GM Dealer (Alexander Family Buick GMC), I was not thrilled with the prospect of having to return to another but my Oldsmobile Intrigue got the Ignition recall. Called on a Saturday (Yes, they have Saturday service hours!) and found out I just needed to bring my keys in and it would take less than a half hour to fix. Drove up to the dealership on the same day, the service area is first entrance coming from Route 11.
At the garage service desk they got my keys and went to do the fix. Chevrolet Cadillac has a lounge area to wait until the service is done with a huge TV. Chairs were rather comfortable and the fix was made well within a half hour. Overall, they got the job done efficiently and it was a good experience.
