I bought a Sieze the Deal voucher for window cleaning. It took 3 calls to get someone to call me back who could schedule an appointment. After taking off work and waiting for Zach to show up, I called and asked him if he was coming. He said he thought he’d called all his clients to reschedule, because it’s going to rain… during a drought. I’m still waiting to reschedule, but I’m not holding my breath.
I’ll be contacting Better Business Bureau next week, and I’d encourage others to do so.

I would give this business a negative rating if it were possible! Attempted to contact the local owner Justin Sharp to come clean our windows and it took 4calls and over a week to get a call back. We set up an appointment and no one showed up or called to cancel. When the owner finally did get back to us he claimed the employee that was supposed to do our windows was sick and then blamed the sick employee for not contacting us. He also said he could not keep the appointment and didn’t have his schedule with him. What business owner that makes appointments for jobs doesn’t keep his schedule with him??? He told us he would call back at 6pm to reschedule and as of 8pm has not bothered to contact us. Complete dud… dont waste your time and money on this mess. If this is the way he runs his business I wouldn’t want him to do any work for me ever!
