Teachers On Call is a unique staffing network that provides substitute teachers and staff to K-​12 Public Schools, K-​12 Private Schools, and Charter Schools. Teachers On Call specializes in finding and retaining talented and experienced licensed teachers and paraprofessionals who are able to step into a classroom as a substitute with minimal direction. We offer online courses to all of our substitutes to enhance their skills. History

Established in 1998.

Teachers On Call was formed in 1998 to be a staffing solution for smaller educational centers, mainly those providing childcare. Since then, Teachers On Call has expanded to hundreds of charter and early child care centers in the Minneapolis/​St. Paul metropolitan area, and over 50 school districts in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
