Our Providers, Dr Brian Logue, MD, Dr. Eric Smith, MD, and David Elkins, PA-​C offer years of experience and will take the time you need to get you promptly back to health. Same day appointments are available for urgent conditions.

We have on site imaging including CT and Ultrasound.

SurgiCare, our affiliated surgery center offers the latest technology and a caring staff to care for your urologic conditions.

History

Established in 1992.

Summit Urology has been serving the Urologic needs of Bloomington Indiana since 1992.

Founded by Dr Brian Logue, later joined by Dr Eric Smith in 1994, and David Elkins, PA-​C in 1995. We have been at our McIntire Drive location since 1996 and continue to offer on site imaging and treatment at our surgery center SurgiCare.

We will continue to serve the community well into the future.

I dropped paperwork off on Monday and paid my $ 25. I was told it would be done in two days as it was due back to my employer by Saturday. So, I called on Thursday and it still wasn’t done and I was told they would need a full week. So, after getting an extension from my employer I waited until Monday and still hadn’t received a call. When I called they said they couldn’t fill it out and I would have to return to my home doctor…2.5 hours away. Not a problem… if only they had told me this one week earlier. Not a place I would recommend and I won’t be back.
