We have been helping clients with their specific insurance needs since 1969. We have three offices in Bloomington, Pekin, and Tremont, Illinois.

Bill Lawrence:

I am the President of P/​L/​R Insurance. We are an independent agency specializing in Personal, Business and Health Insurance.

I believe the key to taking care of our clients is education. It is our duty to educate our clients about the need for adequate insurance and what the risks are if they are not properly insured. Simultaneously, as insurance professionals, we have to be equally committed to continuing education for our staff. We encourage everyone on our team to work towards insurance industry designations as part of their continuing education process.

I am a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), which is one of the most respected and valuable Property and Casualty designations available. I am a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois and sit on their Government Affairs Committee. I am the 2014 Chairman of the Board for the McLean County Chamber of Commerce.

I live in Normal, IL with my wife of 30 years. We have 3 grown children.
