I ordered 2 chest’s on the 2^nd of the month, left a deposit and was told one week for arrival of merchandise. We were on the 20^th and just kept getting a sorry it will be here Friday. Thats what I was told last Friday and the Friday before that!!! Very disappointing. I need a dining table but will be going elsewhere for all my purchases. I should have read the reviews.

Horrible service, poor products and deceptive practices. Stay far, far, far away from here if you want value for your money. Come here to get ripped off!

My brother recommended me to Natys. Of course I read the reviews on here. Seems that people only write reviews when they are upset and I still ordered from them since my brothers transaction was smooth as well. I got a bedroom set I saw at Ashley’s Furniture, got a better price here. I got all my bedroom set brand new in boxes. Love my bedroom set. Thank you Naty’s Furniture.

Me and my fiancé bought a dining table 7pc. set. It came with 6 chairs. we paid it off in the end of Feb. and we didn’t get the table till maybe 3 weeks later. And at that we only got 4 chairs instead of 6. The lady would keep telling us that they would be there 2 days later and she would make us drive to the furniture store and she didn’t end up having the chairs.
A month in a half later she offered us the display chairs but we refused to take those given that we paid for new ones and she was not going to give us anything back. Besides those chairs were scratched up and not in good condition. My mother-​in-​law decided to call her and told her that if she didn’t have those chairs by this weekend that she was going to sue her. Well apperantly that is what she needed for her to get us our two missing chairs. When we got there the chairs had just got there because they brought them down from the pick up truck that was starting to unload boxes. And to top it off there was another client there that had not received none of his items that he had also paid for.
So don’t be fooled by the good prices like we did. You end up spending more in driving back there trying to get ur things and wasting ur time. NOT WORTH IT!!!

I don’t know what kind of business these people are running. They never answer their phone, they don’t have a voicemail system set up, and they share their wi-​fi with their neighbors (who aren’t there on the weekends) and therefore cannot send in credit applications on the weekends! i am so dissatisfied that I refuse to continue with the original purchase I planned to make, and will never purchase anything here at all!
