Fabulous, smooth transaction. Oddly enough I had known Melissa for years, she rented an apartment to my husband and I back in the day when she was the property manager for Abodes, so when I heard she was in Real Estate I jumped at the chance for her to sell us our very first home. Organized, efficient, down to earth, didn’t «talk over our head»… which is exactly what you want when you’re a first time home buyer. It would have been a nightmare without Melissa there to guide us through the selling and buying process.
