Worst dry clean ever!
One of my clothes was destroyed. When I pick up my cloth they didn’t even mention it and did not say sorry to me.

Worst dry cleaner in Bloomington! I took a designer sweeter in to be cleaned. They discolored it and refused to take care of the situation. Owner Anna is a total witch and is a terrible business person. The place is a dump, they don’t invest any money in the place. Take your business elsewhere. Bloomington businesses don’t care about their customers!

Good dry cleaners! I use them regularly as a student at IU. Always take them my suits, khakis and dress shirts for dry cleaning, and they have always come out well and on time. The price is decent, location is great. Will continue to use this cleaner until I graduate.

I used to give my cloths to them for dry cleaning. However, there was one time, I sent a pant to them for dry cleaning. The pant was in perfect condition when I sent it to them. After a couple of days, they gave me a call said my pant’s hem felt off. They said they can fix it with $ 26 dollars. I told them, when I sent my pant in, there was no such problem. I just expected them to fix it for free. They said it happens all the time and they were not responsible for it. I went to store and talked with the manager/​owner. She rejected to admit the pant was destroyed by the store. Finally I still had to pay the dry cleaning fee. I will never go back to the store.
I suggest you try other dry cleaning stores. This one thinks they have the good location so they can provide bad services.

My experience here was disappointing. I dropped off clothes to be washed, dried, and folded. This place charges $ 1.00 per pound. whereas most places charge around $.80 to $.85 per pound. The results were disappointing, especially for the higher prices. The clothes were mostly wrinkled, and did not have any pleasant/​clean smell to them. I gave this place a try since it was close to my dorm, but I will have to try somewhere else.
