HomeCare Resource was established in 2000 to provide quality home health care in the Minneapolis and St Paul metro area. In 2013, HomeCare Resource went through the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and became Medicare Certified. CHAP accreditation demonstrates that HomeCare Resource meets the industry’s highest nationally recognized standards.
