I had a great experience at Hertz. Mike was very friendly and accommodating. It’s a small place so they don’t have a lot of cars but when my car wasn’t available I got a small discount and a gift certificate for the next rental. I would definitely go back!

Terrible experience! I had a confirmed reservation but they didn’t have any cars. Staff did nothing to help me find a car at another location. Would not recommend. Hertz on Hopkins has much better service but fewer car options.

Worst rental car experience ever. Waited in line for over 30 min only to find out I was living in a Seinfeld episode where they know how to take the reservation but don’t know how to hold the reservation. No car and only option given was pick up truck. Said I could take the pick up truck to get started and trade it out later. Lol. Then when I pressed them about having no vehicles I find out they have some high end vehicles available they just don’t want to rent it to me because I am not paying for it. When they agree to give me the Tahoe I find out it’s not clean and no gas. Car is filthy and smells. What a joke. They did agree to discount my rental and cover the gas. I have rented from Hertz for a long time but mostly from airport locations. When I rent at the local locations the experience has always been sketchy at best.
