Appliances, building materials, and furniture may be donated to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore. Donations may be dropped off or a free pick-​up can arranged for you. The ReStore is open to the public and donated items are sold. Proceeds support the work of Habitat for Humanity

History

Established in 2009.

Prior to 2009 Habitat for Humanity of McLean County operated a small warehouse with a few garage sales each year.

One May 1 of 2009 the new ReStore opened on Washington St. as a full time donation center and retail operation.

Manager

Marcus spent his first year sorting door knobs at the ReStore, as the business has grown, he has delegated the important door knob sorting. He currently seeks to connect people with extra stuff with the excellent ReStore Donation Team so that good stuff stays out of landfills and people have good stuff to shop for at the ReStore
