Established in 2003.

Goldleaf Partners has grown into a national employer services company providing payroll, retirement, employee benefits, time & attendance, HR management, consulting, and fiduciary* services to clients of all sizes. Based in the Minneapolis, MN area, Goldleaf has sales and service centers across the country — from Phoenix, AZ to Charlotte, NC.

The three parts of our company name were selected to represent core parts of our business: «Gold» is representative of wealth, «leaf» represents growth, and «partners» signifies that we aren’t just a company you hire; we work with you to achieve success.

Meet the Business Owner

Michael K.

Business Owner

Michael has more than 25 years of experience as a tax and employee benefits consultant to private and public sector employers. He has served a wide range of clients including Fortune 500 employers, small privately-​held corporations, state governments, and school districts.

His industry experience includes 15 years in public accounting with Deloitte and CliftonLarsonAllen and extensive experience with taxation, design, and administration of all types of retirement plans, welfare plans, and nonqualified executive deferred compensation arrangements. Michael also has significant involvement representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor on audit and related issues.

Michael has served as an adjunct professor of deferred compensation curriculum for the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, and Metro State University. He regularly shares his expertise in seminar presentations and in numerous public speaking engagements.
