D’s Doggie Do & Cat’s Too

What a great little salon! I will be bringing my dog, Ginger, here from now on. They treated her so well and she looked super cute! I also noticed that they do cats as well, and will probably take my cat in soon as well!

Worst place for pet in the planet. My mother even have a better shaving skill than them. Seriously They cut my long haired white doll face Persian look like a domestic shorthair. And the fur on her body have different length. And my kitten keep scratching her ear after the shower so I bet there were water went into her ear. Overall, u better shower and cut ur kitten by yourself rather than send your baby kitten to this place

I brought my Lhasa Apso in here three weeks ago for a bath/​cut/​toenail trim. I had an 8 am appointment, but I didn’t get her back until 3. When I got her back the haircut was not what I wanted. My dog gets very hot during the summer, so I asked for a lot of hair to be taken off. Instead they decided to only take a little bit off, because they liked her better with long hair. I told the groomer to re-​cut her hair, but she told me that she couldn’t because she was too close to closing time and still had some dogs to do. I told the receptionist that I wouldn’t be paying unless they finished cutting her hair, so she told me to come back in the next morning.
I came back in the next morning at 8 am sharp and they said I could pick her up at 2. I feel that it was a bit ridiculous for them to take 6 hours just to finish cutting my dog’s hair and nails. I came back and they totally over charged me. When I got home I noticed that there was blood where my dog was sitting. I looked her paws and two of them were bleeding like crazy. They had cut my dog’s nail too short and didn’t even bother telling me.
To sum it all up. I will not be coming here ever again. I had terrible service and my dog was was in pain for two days after her nails were cut.

We had a terrible surprise on a Saturday morning when we awoke to our large, long-​haired cat with an upset tummy and a mess in his fur (to be general and not gross anyone out). We washed him off in our laundry sink, but could tell that we needed a pro to make him smell and feel totally clean.
We called around, but few places groom cats and no one had availability right away. Finally, we came across D’s and she graciously squeezed us in to her already busy day. We left our cat with her for a few hours and she called us when he was squeaky clean and ready for us. He looks great and smells even better! She even trimmed his nails and got a pesky mat out of his fur, which we’d been struggling with… and, somehow, she managed to do it without getting scratched up: she’s a pro!
Never thought we’d have to take a cat to be groomed, but now we know where to take our cat and dog to be gently bathed :-)
