I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, because it does hurt business and most are just unnecessary but this was to much. I’ve been getting my car done with them for almost a year and they were awesome up until the other day I got my breaks done. The next day I was driving home from work, I had miss the freeway (god is awesome) so I just took side streets no biggy I went to stop at a red light but I wasn’t able to stop I had to swearve to the side pull my emergency break I panicked, stopped called my boss to come over and she had drove the car and she agrees that it wasn’t capable of driving. I had called them and told them the situation and they told me to pay for a tow truck to bring it to them, «but it was their mistake» so I did and paid for it. All just to get told I was crazy it ran fine. My sister tried to explain the situation because I was to shaken up, but he acted like he didn’t care. My sister told him if she got into a really bad car accident because of your guys mistake how would you feel, he had said oh well things happen. So her attitude had changed you can tell by her tone of voice she was furious as was I but I just couldn’t handle talking to this man. So as they were going back and forth he has told her if she wanted to take it outside!!! FIST FIGHTING IS THE ANSWER TO THERE MISTAKES? I take it offensive especially being a man. I thought he was joking. This possibly cant be real whats coming out of his mouth? At this point I couldn’t be in the same room I had called my uncle to come talk to them since he spoke so good about this guy, as soon as he seen him, they talked in spanish and suddenly I’m right they made a mistake by letting the new guys work on my car and not checking it. I honestly felt like this situation was because of raise. For the reason the only thing he had to say to me after that was, your mexican? I apologize for the misunderstanding… what the hell? NEVER AGAIN!!!

Horrible horrible horrible!!! First time I purchased it was a total lemon!!! They swapped it out and after 3 months of them repairing that one I finally purchased a car for $ 12,500 loan amount… And I still owe $ 11,900 after paying it for 2 YEARS!!! Beyond angry at that a company would screw me over like this!!! WOULD NEVER REFER FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO THEM EVER!

I swear I love this dealership they are so accommodating. They make sure they fix every wrong! My car had to be fixed they made sure I had a loaner

I really wish I didn’t have to write this review, but honestly this car has been nothing but trouble. Within 2 months of purchasing, the check engine light turned on and has been coming on ever since. We have spent hundreds of dollars trying to figure out what is wrong with this car, and it is yet to be solved. I really feel that the folks at D&A sold us a lemon and I am very unhappy with that. Purchase from here at your own risk or MAKE SURE to get everything fully checked by your OWN mechanic before purchasing. So we spent $ 14K on a car that is nothing but trouble. So upset and disappointed in D&A. I will never recommend anyone to come here.

D & A auto sales always have the best deals! They helped me out with the right cars and also they are all friendly and easy to comunicate with. I definitely recommend this place if looking for a new car!

I was in the Market for a pre-​owned truck a few months ago and decided to check this place out. I saw a truck that I liked (04 F150 black 4×4) Anyways, I booked it at kbb and it retailed at about $ 13,500. So, I then sat with señor William and asked what he can do for me since they were asking $ 15k + finance charge for the truck… I expressed my concern to señor William and told him that I rarely pay retail for anything let alone over blue book, but because I really liked the truck I was willing to pay retail at $ 13,500 + finance charge for the truck. We went back and forth on numbers and down payment and we couldn’t come up with an agreement so I told him that if he changes his mind to call me. So a couple days later he calls me. He tells me over the phone he can do the deal I want. so I drove back there only to be back to square 1 again and wasting time. That was enough! I was done with the games! They treated that truck like their prize possession. I went to Metro Auto Loan down the street and got a no hassle deal and truck that I wanted. If you have the time for rubbish games this is the place to be.

Today, my friend, her family & I were looking for a good dealership to purchase my friends first car. We visited a couple places, but they weren’t good as it is here!
As soon as we stepped in the car lot, we were greeted by friendly employees. My cousin Miguel works at D&A & my dad recommended this establishment to view some cars. Let me tell you now, D&A is the most helpful & informative car dealership I have ever been too!
My friend & her dad were getting all their questions answered & the cars are at a great price. She ended up buying a 2007 Honda Fit! Great pricing & easily affordable! I absolutely recommend anyone to check out this dealership. Especially for first time buyers! D&A has the answers & they will be more than happy to help!
