I bought a groupon for CVM to wash my windows. I was able to contact the company right away and set up an appointment. However, they never showed up and never called. After four days I was able to reach someone. Said they were sorry and would call me back to set up another appointment, but they never called. I called them again a few days later and was able to set up ANOTHER appointment. …again they never showed and never called. I have an email into groupon to get my money back. I would NOT recommend this company.

This comes as close to perfect service as I can describe. George rang a door bell at exactly 8 am — as agreed, did all the work on outside, and then came inside to clean the screens and areas he couldn’t reach from outside, also cleaned the dust off of my high hanging chandelier in the foyer for no extra charge. All in all, prompt, professional, customer focused. Just wonderful!

Ended up being a bit more expensive than I had anticipated it being with my Groupon but it was still cheaper than previous estimates and well worth the $. He did all of the windows (internal and external) of our early 1900s two-story home in a little over 2 hours (just one guy — amazing!). The windows in our home are so old so the storms and screens are a pain to deal with but it was not a problem for him. The windows look great — what a difference in makes in the house. I’ll be calling him again in the fall!
