Was quoted cheapest price for ceramic tile in bloomington/​normal. Very quick to measure and set up date to install. However, they showed up an hour late the day they were scheduled to install. Then they forgot to tell us that we could not walk on the tile for 24 hours, so we had to stay in a hotel and board our dog for 2 days. The evening after they finished the grout was already chipping and tiles were coming loose in our entry way. We called the owner’s cell phone the following day and left message. We did not receive return phone call and left another message later in the day and still did not hear back. When we tried to call the store it would go to voicemail even during store hours. Left another message on the 3^rd day with no return call. We had to physically go to the store and speak to them about repairing the loose tiles. They then gave some story about their internet not working, but that really didn’t matter since we weren’t e-​mailing them, we were calling their cell phones. Never once did they apologize for the unexpected hotel expenses, boarding of our dog, nor never responding to our phone calls about repairs. Will never do business with them again.
