Established in 1999.
Todd and Deb Wilcox purchased the Chem-Dry Franchise rights to McLean and Dewitt Counties in the fall of 1999. Both Todd and Deb grew up in Central Illinois. Todd’s Chem-Dry experience was gained through working with his Brother-In-Law, Dave Sweet at Capital City Chem-Dry in Indianapolis, IN.
