Business Owner

Stephen was previously in law enforcement for many years before opening 10 – 8 Outfitters a law enforcement, public safety equipment and firearms store in Bloomington, IL for seven years. Now C.I. Shooting Sports is the culmination of his vision for a premier indoor shooting and gun shop in Central Illinois. His passion is teaching other to become safe, accurate, and confident with their firearms. Stephen is an avid 3gun, USPSA, and NRA High power rifle shooter. He is married to his wife Jeanette and lives in Carlock, IL with their three Rottweilers.
