Awesome service. My 88 year old door lock was not working. I called them and they came out and adjusted it and now it works perfectly!!! I am so grateful to Bill’s Key and Lock Shop, they saved me so much money, I thought I was going to have to change the whole door, which would have been a shame, since it is a unique and vintage door.

I became a fan of Bill’s Key & Lock Shop (hence the move from 3 – 4 stars) a few weeks ago. I had returned from being out of town only to realize that I’d left my house key a couple hours back. I called Bill’s and they came out to the house. As the truck was pulling up, I found that the back door was open (I hadn’t even checked because I thought I remembered locking it). Needless to say, I was a bit embarrassed but the guy in the truck told me there was no need to pay him for coming out – it wasn’t very far. I paid to have some additional keys made and that was that. Very nice guy, especially given the circumstances.
