I am not a fan of dealing with phone companies, cable companies, really any company, but, this AT&T store has been awesome. I decided to switch to AT&T from a different provider and the process was so easy. I had also bought a case there and LOVED it. However, a few weeks ago the bottom of the case broke. I tried to glue it together because I love the case and it only lasted about a week. I checked on the case’s website and it stated that I could return the case to the store where I purchased it but the warranty didn’t cover normal wear and tear. I feel like the case was broken due to normal wear and tear but the plastic bumper could have been made stronger. The lady on the phone, Laura, talked to her manager and said they would trade it out. I was so impressed!
I have been very happy using this store as my go-​to for all phone related issues and I couldn’t be happier!

Lindsey is AMAZING! I had spoken to 4 different people at At&t customer service and been told 4 different answers to my questions. No one could seem to figure out my internet situation. I finally was so frustrated, i called just a normal store to talk to someone. Lindsey answered, listened to my questions and my situation and said «let me call them and I will figure it out for you. Give me 30 minutes.» I already felt better. AND SHE ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK IN 30 MINUTES AND HAD ALL THE ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS AND HAD FIGURED MY COMPLICATED SITUATION OUT! I can not explain how happy i was. I had literally been trying for days to get someone who knew how to help me. I was not even their store’s customer! I would highly highly recommend this store! They were more than helpful! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
