Update to Ricks response! Clearly he has no sense to run his business or even know what he is talking about! How can you send someone to collections when your new price doesn’t match what I had on my contract. I did not ask for any additional add ons, any additional discounts, or even tell him I was on a budget! I only expected to get what I signed up for in my contract like a normal customer. The only price I wanted to pay was the price stated on my contract… like any other customer! Rick decided to make up another story in his review to try and cover their mistakes. However I went with Vogue photo box and was completely satisfied with them. This was a waste of time dealing with them and they tried pulling a scam on the wrong person. I just want to warn everyone not to make the same mistake… DO NOT USE.
