Terrible… TERRIBLE store. DONOT go thinking anything will be accomplished. Went there twice in the same day, to be given no advice/direction and ignored until I felt like I should leave because both employees just stopped talking and remained there with their heads buried in their computers. Asked a guy(don’t know his name, he didn’t even introduce himself or asked me what I needed) if he could help me activate a phone I purchased from amazon. Sat at his computer for a few minutes then finally asked me if he could see the phone. Scanned the code, said I needed to call customer service and he couldn’t do anything. First of all, why couldn’t he help perform this in the store with me? Then tech support misdirected me into thinking they would have a SIM card at the store, and that was why my phone couldn’t be activated. Went to a different location, and they didn’t have any, and directed me to this store on army trail again. Waited there for 15 min, the lady didn’t even ask me if I needed help. Finally walked up to her, and she said oh we don’t have sim cards. then looked down and didn’t do anything. Well could you tell me where I could find these magical unicorns? Never go here. They all stand behind a creepy glass window and don’t do anything. Also, when they are«assisting» you, they push you onto something else or don’t even know what to do.

I use to go to that store years ago and it was the worst. I went there today and it was new staff and new manager and the service was amazing. I recommend people to visit this store again if they like to experience exceptional customer service and great friendly staff.

Dave K is awesome, he spent a lot of time with me my wife and waited for my daughter to get there to set up her phone. Thanks for a good experience, its always hard dropping that much money on cell phones but I felt good at the end of the deal. Steve…quit throwing your phone around! it will break one of these days:)

Came in today and Dj Steve was streaming some incredible tracks. These beats were out of control. He also was able to navigate me through the busy store with out missing a beat. Highly recommend you coming in and and having Dj Steve or his partner Dmo help you with your IT needs.

My dad went in to inquire about our would-be ETFs if we cancelled our plan since our fees are getting heavy on our budget. The staff did not want to tell him. I called their customer service and got the answer in less than 30seconds. What’s up Sprint guys? If that wasn’t too shady huh. And my dad has been loyal to this store and company. I’m persuading my dad to switch carriers.

Stopped in the store to get a look at the new iPhone 6 which was not on display but floating around between the two employees. So I waited while another customer was helped about the iPhone 6 and perhaps bought one. Not sure. The guy that was helping me borrowed the phone back and handed to me to check out. He wasn’t a fan of the iPhone’s so he didn’t bother to try and sell it or comment on features. I gave the iPhone back to him and left. I myself liked the look and feel of the new iPhone 6.

I took my phone to this store because supposedly they could fix it. It so happened that my phone needed to be replaced completely and they told me that my replacement phone would arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Needless to say it arrived 8 days later with 6 of those days being business days. Yes, it was unfortunate that my phone took a while to arrive and it may not have anything to do with the workers in the store but their attitude and how they handled everything was what deserved a horrible rating. They do not lend out loaner phones so to go that long without a phone is horrible. They didn’t seem to care and just stated that they would call when it came in. They never updated me on the status of my phone nor did they notify me that it may have been possible back ordered. I called them 3 times to check as well as stopped in once and each and every time they were just very nonchalant about it and didn’t seem to care that my phone still had not arrived. When my phone did finally arrive, they did not call me! When I went into the store, Steve was my representative and he activated my phone. He could seem to care less and had a slight attitude. He even spoke poorly to his coworkers. It was all very unprofessional to me. I would not recommend anyone to go there if you do not have to. Save yourself the frustration. If you do have to go there, DON’T DEALWITHSTEVE!

If I could I would give this Sprint store zero stars. First off ONLY go to corporate stores, even if you get a bad service rep they at least will work with customer care to resolve a problem. Just like the previous comment they did not want to call customer care to resolve my issue. Moe and Tom were extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. Tom even hung up on the customer care rep. They have no respect for the company and could care less if they represent them poorly. DONOTGOHERE!!! I could go into the long and I do mean long story about how it has been a week now that I have trying to upgrade my three phone lines(I am eligible for upgrades and am paying $ 200 for the upgrade price of each phone for the new Galaxy). Of the three stores I have been to so far this store has been by far the worst! They need to learn customer service or get a different job where they don’t deal with customers! I will say that after dealing with two horrible reps, I was able to get good information from Dave who seems to be the most competent there. I guess he gets the star because the store doesn’t deserve it!!!
