I have never written a review on a dentist, but my latest experience warranted it. Thursday night I busted a tooth out badly. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. Being new to the Chicago area I was nervous as I did not have a dentist yet. I had to scramble Friday morning to find someone. Also, It was right before a holiday weekend so I knew all dentists would be busy and backed up with previous appointments. I called Sheila from Sikora & Associates. Sheila was awesome! She took my insurance and worked her magic to get me in. Extremely friendly and understanding person. Once I was in the office, Emelly took my xrays. Emelly was sweet, caring and professional. Even though I inconvenienced them, they all treated me like a long time patient. The dentist I saw was named Chris Matesi. I was very happy with the work he did and the help from Sheila and Emelly. This place is awesome. I have already scheduled a time to go back. Good office.

I really enjoyed my first appointment with Dr. Matesi. When he first introduced himself to me he seemed like a very down-​to-​earth and friendly doctor, unlike some of the physicians we meet these days. He paid attention to the things I was concerned about and made sure to address them throughout the exam. I never felt rushed during my appointment which is nice because sometimes it just seems like some places just want to get you in and out, lacking in customer service. I’m already booked for my next cleaning I’m 6 months so I’d definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a new dentist with flexible hours and with great patient care.
