Chik-​fil-​a is a breath of fresh air in the area. After years of the same fast food, we have something new. Good food, good atmosphere, clean clean clean restaurant.
We had dinner there tonight and watched David be friendly with everyone and attentive to every detail from being a family get seated to making sure the napkins were plentiful to refilling sodas and thanking people for coming as they left. It was so welcoming and such a wonderful change of pace to the McDonalds of the area who seem put out to fill out food orders.

People rating this location bad must be from competing businesses. I’ve been to this location many times since it’s opened. It is by far my favorite suburban location. The food is always fresh. The employees are friendly. I love the interior. The long bench seating is comfortable. Employees are always available if you need a refill. The drive through can be crazy busy but it’s to be expected during the lunch hour. I had one mistake in the drive through where they charged my debit card for someone else’s order. The money was returned in a few days. Not a big deal. This happened when the location had only been open for less than two weeks. My favorite part of CFA other than the always fresh food is the service. The employees are always friendly. It reminds me of my hometown down south. I love that CFA does not put condiments on their sandwiches. I can do that myself, thanks. Their Polynesian sauce is delicious if you love super sweet sauce. I usually get the original chicken combo meal. The waffle fries are the best. The spicy chicken is delicious too. It’s not that it’s spicy. It has different seasoning than the regular sandwich. For dessert, the cookie is phenomenal. I don’t know what they put in it. It’s just so good. The ice dream is pretty. It’s like a soft serve ice cream. Try the child size or split a small. Seriously. The small is huge. The lemonade is great if you’re a lemonade fan. I prefer the iced tea. The salads are great too. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast. Their biscuits are the best. Try the chicken minis. Yum! If you hate pickles, say no pickles because the sandwiches come with pickles. Try CFA. You will love it. BTW. They had free meals for veterans on Veterans Day. Awesome!

Believe it or not, this was my first visit to the infamous chicken restaurant. Well honestly after hearing friends rave about it for the last year or so I had to try it. Well where do I start, it was one of the worst chicken wraps I ever tasted .The chicken was dry and flavorless when you could find a piece, in the tasteless cardboard flavor tortilla. It was beyond bad. My boyfriend ordered a chicken club which was equally as tasteless .
I have had better chicken at Wendy’s .Not to mention it cost about $ 20 for us to eat food worse than they have on McDonald’s $ 1.00 menu. I so wanted to like it here, it was truly disappointing. Don’t waste your money. I don’t know how everyone else gave it such good reviews unless it’s on the atmosphere, it is a very chic looking fast food place and I can be positive about that

I normally don’t eat fast food but I have a weakness for chick-​fil-​a. Their spicy chicken is the best, always nice and crunchy, never greasy, with a very nice kick. Their waffle fries are good, too. I also feel their customer service goes above and beyond, exceptionally courteous and quick to serve. This is true of any of their establishments I’ve been to. The interior is clean and has plenty of tables with window views, which I like. When I get a craving for fast food there is no where else!

Well, I went back tonight and Chick-​Fil-​A surprised me. They not only gave me the food I ordered without an error, but they also did it really fast. I hope it remains like this for a long while. Great job! I would recommend this Chick-​Fil-​A to anyone now. Awesome.

Used the Drive Thru yesterday. Wonderful young man, Chris, was at the window to hand my wife the order. He checked the contents to ensure everything was there and discovered we were missing a salad. I appreciate that he caught the error and said, «nothing worse than getting home and finding out you were shorted at the Drive Thru!» While we were waiting for the salad to be made, he initiated conversation with my wife and couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. Quite a different experience for a fast food joint! And of course, nobody’s fast food salads compare to Chick’s!

How can anyone give this location anything less than five stars! I grew up near here many years ago and when my mom told me she saw people sleeping in tents outside this new locatoon, I laughed because I couldn’t imagine the surrounding folks doing such a thing! But seeing as how I love their food, I get it.
This location is busy. We came here on a weekday at lunch. The drive thru had no less than 10 cars waiting and the inside had a line with almost all the tables at maximum capacity.
We stood in line, placed our order with a very kind and genuine employee. See my pictures. Her smile was contagious! We were lucky to find a table! They brought our food to the table and the order was perfect. The food was hot and tasty. Two different employees stopped by to check on our meal as well as ask if we wanted our drinks refilled. They came and took our trash too. It was a five star experience.
The restaurant was clean as heck. They had a children’s play area too.
This location has outstanding employees, outstanding management and is top notch when it comes to service and the quality of the food. Kudos on a job well down.

I didn’t go in to eat i went through the drive thru. All i ordered was a chicken sandwich, THAT WAS IT. No drink, no fries, nothing else but a sandwhich. i waited in line forever and then continued to wait at the window some more. This was the slowest drive thru ever! I wasted 15 minutes waiting, it wasnt even really busy. When i finally did get my sandwich it was good, i dont think ill be back at this location anytime soon. Hopefully with time they figure out how to make a sandwich faster.

Consistently good fast food has made its way to my old neighborhood. When running errands in the area, I just has to visit. My thought was waffle fries can make any thirty plus traffic ride that much better.
I pulled up expecting quick service with a plan to continue on my way, but I received so much more. The gentleman at the drive through window was literally was a double dose of sunshine. He was super friendly, professional and thorough. I wish I could bottle up his spirit and sell it to the other chains.
My fries were that much better because «he» handed them to me. Stop by and get your dose of happy feelings too!

Normally I really like Chic fil A, and we were excited to have one open near us, but this new location is very poorly managed! They ran out of items on their menu by 6pm on a Saturday, didn’t post any signs, and we get stuck in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, as there is no way to pull out of line once you’re in, and didn’t even order because they were out of what we wanted. Very disappointed and won’t be back to this this location anytime soon.

Good job to the management and crew although it was newly opened in our area we went here twice 1^st was dine inn and 2^nd was drive thru coz they are full packed with customers on our 2^nd visit the guy taking order was very polite and respectful on answering and taking our orders and we felt very welcome honestly give this guy a raise he was so friendly not the annoying type but u can see he really cares about his job and the people he interacts with and i saw he was doing it from his heart. Unlike kfc and popeyes man the differrence is night and day that kid is awsome and by that attitude he showed me and my family i will surely go back to ur joint. awsome team you have there. his name is chris by the way, white kid. I looked on his patch to get his name coz i was really happy with the service and respect he showed us.

i like the service and cleanliness of the restaurant since its very new but as for food… it was bit too salty. we had the chick fila delux sandwich. I like the strips and nuggets and fries tho.

Great location! Lots of parking due to being in a strip mall location.
