I’m giving this 2 stars ONLY because this store is clean and well organized.
However, I visited the store this past Saturday because I had a coupon for a free trial size item. As I walked up to the register, the girl (I want to say her name was Megan but I could be wrong) said «Only the free item today? Big spender today, huh?» I’m sorry but that was extremely RUDE and horrible customer service. I’m also going to call to speak to the manager this afternoon.
Thanks to that comment, I will not be coming back to this Bath & Body Works store.

Store Review:
BBW soap and lotion sales are the best. At normal price this is some very expensive soap, but they often have semi-​annual sales where the prices drop down to 75% off which is a steal. Your scent choices maybe limited, but they are perfect for hand soap around the house. I can’t say how many bottles we have in our house. If you get a large grab bag you can even package it as a inexpensive care package for a love one. Staff are friendly and helpful!
Pros– great sales, best exfoliating hand soap, sink in store to try hand soap and also lotions
Cons– normal price items are expensive

This Bath & Body is located in Stratford Square Mall, 2nd level next to JCPenny’s. It’s usually crowded on the weekends, but it’s a big store and is kept clean. The staff is really nice.
I came here to return a Wallflower plug (it’s B&B fragrance plugs for home) because it stopped working. I didn’t have the receipt anymore, but the ladies at the counter made the process really easy! They showed me where I can go get a new plug and I just have to fill out a return form to get the exchange. The new plug works great and doubles as a night light. The scent is actually pretty strong, so watch out!

Because it’s located at the dying Stratford Square Mall, this location doesn’t get as crazy as the other locations. That being said, the place has a huge selection and great staff. Everyone is so helpful and the lines are super short.

I mainly go to Bath and Body Works for their candles — they’ve usually got great promotions where the $ 20 three-​wick candles are by one get one free. There’s a huge selection in the store, so you can spend some time sniffing around and see what you like best (my favorites are Mint Chocolate Chip; Leaves; Winter; and Pineapple Orchid). The B&BW candles are great quality and last a long time.
I should also mention that this is one of the only reasons I keep shopping at Stratford Square Mall. B&BW, Victoria’s Secret, Express and Macy’s are really the only worthwhile stores here.
