Allstate Insurance: Hassan Dawed

**UPDATE**
I received a call (a couple months ago) from an all state rep in the «investigation» department. I was informed that this hassan agent listed me as married with a spouse on my policy. I’m single, not married, never married, and this spouse is someone I don’t know. Never heard the name before in my life. So I was paying for someone else to have insurance? The lack of moral values with this one is repulsive!
BAIT AND SWITCH CON ARTIST!!! this guy is the worst i’ve dealt with. Make sure you get everything in writing (my mistake). He sold me a 6 month policy at one payment of $ 250 and the remaining 5 payments at $ 185, «because he can do something on his end to help» since i had an accident falling off my record. i made my first payment. then called back a month later (september) to make my second payment and i was shocked when one of his reps asked for another $ 250. i asked to speak directly to hassan. he called back and said, «dont worry about it, i’ll take care of it». he asked that i pay another $ 250 to keep the policy active and that the diference would be applied to the foloowing month payment. I did just that. Then called back in october to make my third payment and guess what i was aksed to pay? $ 250!!! i refused to pay until this was resolved. I contacted all state corporate and we had a conference call with the all state rep, hassan, and myself. nothing was resolved because i did everything over the phone and had nothing in writing with his fake promises, lies, unethical sales practices, typical bait and switch.

My family & I have been working with Hassan for several years now for most of our insurance needs, and he’s been extraordinarily professional in all of our experiences with him and his office staff. Very prompt to answer any questions we may have, and his office staff is: kind, caring, & compassionate. Thank you!
