Brooklyn, NY
Manger (was Shanell), never available, the district manager, (was Jerome), does not return calls. The office staff curse incessantly and are rude on the phone and the place is overrun with rats. I tried to speak with the DM before moving out and was waiting to pay my bill until I spoke with him since some extra charges were assessed. The DM never called me back and when I went to close out my account they tried to hold my belongings hostage (until I paid additional fees) and threatened to sell my locker.

So far it’s two days and counting and this place has been shut down due to fire code violations, NO COURTESY NOTICE, CALL, OR EMAIL to customers from Management, the blatant disregard for their customers is beyond absurd at this point, some people may not need immediate access to their units but others run businesses using storage units, how do you disrupt someone’s bread and butter? The scathing review shall continue when this fiasco is finally resolved.
