New Look Auto Detailing & Hand Car Wash

Came here because the reviews were great.
1^st try– it was a Sunday and there was a long line. I’m used to one of the employees asking what do want to get done. As I’m about to pull to get my car wash.(they through water on your car with a hose) I see there is a CASH ONLY sign. I ask one of the guys if the ATM inside works and he said no. Wow thanks for letting everybody know. Me and another car left after knowing this. Lack of communication.
2^nd try– came here on a Tuesday morning. Once again there was no one asking what I wanted to get done. I felt clueless, not sure what I was suppose to do/​go. The guys with the hose hand waived me to come forward then to go slow so the air thing would remove the water. There was a ton of soap on my car.
As I got out another person waived me down. The vaccum was all over the dirty floor, the people who dried out my car was very nice.
Overall–
1. Some parts of my car are still dirty which is fine but the my car seats now have to stains because of someone’s shoe when they were cleaning the windows.
2. I payed extra for my mats to be cleaned — still dirty!
3. There is no order here.
4. Wont be coming here again.

My ride looks good! The guys here don’t mess around. For $ 13, these guys hand washed my «large SUV», cleaned my windows, and washed my rubber car mats. The place was busy, yet they still took pride in each and every car. I’m a fan!

Really great work for a really great price. Don’t it by hand makes it more thorough and an exterior and interior clean for $ 10 can’t be beat. Only one time I went there was a line, otherwise in and out in no time.
The only complaint is it didn’t seem like anyone spoke English so it’s a lot of pointing and sometimes confusing. Since you have to leave your car to go inside to pay, they start cleaning inside automatically, so it can be confusing to tell them what you don’t want or do want. But compared to other places I’ve been, it’s a good job for what I need.

I finally found a good car wash in this area. Wish I had found it several months ago. Not fancy, no frills and many of the people do not speak english (so it seems) but it is reasonably priced and they do a good job.

This is the third car wash that I’ve reviewed and the first one of the three that is deserving of a positive review. I called the manager, Jeff to see if they could accommodate my large truck and he was very helpful and friendly on the phone. He said it should not be a problem but if the height is an issue with the dryers, he would back the truck out after washing and dry by hand. That type of commitment to customer service for a $ 9 wash is priceless in my opinion. I will be back for washes and occasional detailing because I know I will be taken care of.

I went there on Wednesday which should not be a very busy day. I saw good reviews on Unilocal so was very excited. But that didn’t last long. I came out of this place a bit ripped. The washing crew were just too fast and not very detail oriented. I was inside and could clearly feel all the places they missed to clean. The blow dryer isn’t good or powerful so it didn’t even get the soap out of the car completely. The cleaning crew had to be told what needed to be done and even so, didn’t finish what was asked. I only saw one seat cleaning crew (called the ‘finisher’), who tried to do as good a job he can given the volume and the request. Yes, it is cheaper, but what good does it do if you have to wash it somewhere else?

Cheap, fast and clean. Avoid scratching your car with brushed car washes and take a ride to Bloomfield to New Look for a drive thru hand wash. Very efficient place and the best bang for your buck in the area.
Drive in, they will hand wash your car and signal you to drive through. DRIVE SLOW through the dryer (that’s the trick). After, park the car, ask for «everything» and they will wash your mats and vacuum the inside. Go inside and pay $ 13 (for SUV).

Great location! I must say the best car wash is a hand car wash! I used to go to other car washes and didn’t get the thorough cleaning I expected. Not only does this place get your car squeaky clean and vacuum fresh but it is AFFORDABLE! Great attention to detail and great staff make this the only place I will take my car to get cleaned!

This place doesn’t look like much but the service is far better than car washes with all the bells and whistles. The cleaning crews are fantastic. I will definitely find my way back here again.

Best hand car wash in the area you can trust! The staff is fast and efficient. On days where it’s very busy a few spots are missed here and there but nothing major. Always leave happy!
