Batya G. Wernick, Esq. has been practicing law for over 20 years. She establisehd her own law firm in 2003 representing businesses and individuals in almost all areas of civil litigation.

With a background representing clients across the spectrum, from the low-​income elderly to financial institutions, Batya Wernick brings a wealth of experience to all of her cases. She represents her clients in the most cost-​effective way and zealously pursues their best interests. And at the same time, with experience in advocating for the poor and most vulnerable of society, Ms. Wernick employs a caring and understanding approach to her clients’ situations.

Batya G. Wernick, Esq. graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1992. She has been admitted to the State Bars of New York, New Jersey and California.

She has also been admitted to the United States Disctrict Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the Central District of California as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.

Batya Wernick has litigated in New York, California and New Jersey in almost all areas of civil litigation representing clients in business disputes, bankruptcies, government administrative hearings, legal malpractice, personal injury and more.
