Their choices are limited.
They don’t toast their sandwiches.
They didn’t deliver my drink twice in the same week.

Unprofessional service. Was trying to decide what I wanted to get on my sandwich and I was being rushed to make a decision. They started making my order without even listening to my full order first and they were even making what I wanted. Didn’t put everything on the sandwich, and when I asked them to add cheese after I paid, they told me they were going to charge me more. All of this, and there was only one person in line behind me.

Freaky fast delivery — NOT!!! I guess they have a rule that they only deliver to places within a 1 mile radius. I live (per them) 1.3 miles away.
The delivery rule isn’t stated on ther carry-​out menu and places in the same strip mall deliver to my house.
Plus, just heard that my kid knows someone that works at a Jimmy John’s — 5 mile delivery radius.
This place blows — they couldn’t care less

Let’s start with I only get the Beach Club (#12) from JJ’s. And I love it. I don’t know how they can screw it up. But guess what? This location did that. I don’t like reviewing chains or fast food b/​c they are almost always crap. You get what you pay for I guess. But here’s what happened here today. i walked in, only 1 patron and he was almost done. I was greeted-​super. Then I said I wanted a #12 without tomatoes as a combo with a drink and chips. The girl goes A NUMBER WHAT? TWELVE? Loudly, you see so that me and the neighborhood could hear. I politely replied, yes, please, with a regular drink and chips (which were in my hand). She goes IS THAT THE BEACH CLUB? I mean comeon man, give one shit please when I’m being ever so freaking patient with you. And stop yelling. I’m 2 inches from your face as you lean over to confirm the #12 is indeed, the beach club. So I said, yes, that’s it, with no toma…(you get it I repeated myself again)
The next person who was there the whole time said you want a beach club right? As she tosses about 6 tomatoes on my sandwich. The cashier told her NO TOMATOES. She plucked them off and into the dish they went, for someone else to have. She was wearing gloves but omg don’t give them to someone else. The are covered in guac. Maybe she did discard them later, I just saw them go back into where they came from. As I was paying another employee was stocking chips located where you stand to order. Waist area down. He dropped 2 bags while trying to stock them. I politely went to grab one to help pick it up since it was right by my feet. Only one of the 2 bags. He saw me, thought maybe for 2 seconds he’d acknowledge me and say thank you, but he just took the chips he had finished with to the back. And there I was to pick up the other bag for him with no thank you. SOB it’s like you didn’t waive when I let you in my lane. That’s how I felt.
I move down to the drink area and as I’m filling my drink the cashier takes her cup to fill it up at the same time as me, but a different drink. Um, don’t you usually wait at the machine until your patron is done to get yours? I never move in on someone at a beverage machine that has few options unless they motion me over.
Is all this petty? Sure is? Was it annoying? Damn right. I know a bunch of kids don’t care but I just wanted to get away from work for 10 minutes and have a normal experience.
I got back to work and guess what. GD tomato on my JJ’s. And into the trash it will rest in peace.

If you want food fast do not go here! It took them a literal 50 minutes to deliver 2 subs. And they were poorly assembled. I called to check on the status of the order and was immediately put on hold! Once I was off hold the person on the other end was rude and making excuses. This is not freaky fast by any stretch of the imagination.

Not even a mile away and the last 3 delivery orders have taken over 45 minutes. Whoever runs this location is not too concerned with the «Freakishly Fast» thing, or is freakishly stupid. And when you call to check, they just say its out for delivery. Two times the sandwiches have been improperly made as well.

Freakishly Fast? I don’t think so. We are 1.2 miles away from this location but sometimes you just want delivery. Two separate incidents have made me scratch this place off our list forever. We often order lunch in for clients and when it takes over an hour to get 4 sandwiches made and delivered that is a total fail.
Last time it took them 10 minutes to figure out if they delivered to us or not even though several people get food here fairly often. Then, with our clients listening in, they took another 5 minutes trying to get our food order right to then inform us delivery takes over an hour.
If you are going to offer delivery, have enough people on staff to handle it or don’t offer it. They also rarely get the sandwiches made the right way as well.

I work at a nearby valet station, these guys have always gone above and beyond for us, quick and friendly delivery, awesome food every time. These guy’s know how to make a sandwich.
