Bought a $ 65AND $ 29 Groupon and was quoted $ 516 once technician arrived. Took 30 minutes to negotiate what I still think was a high price for the quality of service performed. Technician was very condescending. When I asked questions he had the audacity to say, «Well I know you are a woman, so you just don’t understand.» I would not recommend. STAYAWAY. Previous review was accurate. If I read before I would not have contacted them.

Several things about this business: 1) Avoid any ads that offer a low rate for duct cleaning. These are bait ads. The ad we found was for $ 35 in a mailer. Once the crew got there, the estimate was over $ 500 to «do it right». 2) The person who arranged the service, Jennifer, should have been more explicit about what the probability of services that they would add on 3) The technician was indignant that we didn’t want that bloated service but warned us that if we didn’t do something it would cost a minimum of $ 65 just to show up. However it was noted as «free estimates» in the ad. We wound up with the initial $ 35+$ 98 for an additional«mail» and $ 50 for an «additional access panel». 4) I had taken off all the vents for them but they did not put them back. 5) They blew out the lines but didn’t take care to protect the surrounding areas and dropped debris on the floor and furnishings below the vents. Then they did not bother to clean up. I even offered a broom to «Arti» but he just picked up a few shreds with his hands and refused the broom. 6) He was a bit snarly as well and said we could pay cash and not pay tax. HUH? I paid with card and for some reason he tried to also make an imprint with it and wrote down the number on the service order for any one to see as well as using a handheld device to scan the card. 7) Arti also told me AC companies don’t clean out vents. An outright lie or he’s that ignorant. All in all very sketchy and I’ll not do that again.
